Jeff Gingerich

Jeff Gingerich is a Sales Representative with Century 21 Heritage House Ltd. He's been selling real estate in Waterloo Region and surrounding area since 1989. Jeff holds a Lifestyle55+ Master designation and has been specially trained to assist Baby Boomers and Seniors with their "back 9" real estate needs. He believes in the value of lifelong learning and his philosophy is that you get by giving. In 2019, he was selected Century 21 Canada's Sales Associate of the Year out of approximately 9000 Realtors. Jeff has served as a Director and committee member with his local real estate association. He actively supports the Easter Seals Kids To Camp program and is 9-time winner of the Golden Heart award for fundraising . His company awarded him the 2019 Community Service Leadership award.
